I recommend you to visit Lady Godiva located on Wilga Street in St Julian's. It is a some kind of club-bar opened daily from 9pm to 4am.No cover charge.
There are occasional drag shows, and, on weekends, the music is pumped up. But in general on weeknights, meanwhile, it is possible to have a quiet drink.
